The
Sagamore Chapter has grown during the years
since its formation in 1965. Our
roots
are built on the love of God and country upon which is our
Nation’s foundation. Members
work together to perpetuate DAR
ideals in the memory and spirit of the men and women who achieved
American
Independence. We
sustain historic preservation, education, and patriotism within the DAR
organization and throughout the community.
Lasting friendships are made and enjoyed as we work
together.
We take an active role in the
community and members can be seen in a
number of
activities and functions throughout the year.
A Bingo party is hosted for veterans in
